Rene has served in senior leadership roles including Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations and Marketing, overseeing multi-site communities and complex healthcare environments. Her background spans across Independent, Assisted living, Memory Care, and healthcare-adjacent services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, survey readiness, auditing, leadership coaching, and business development.
Throughout her career, Rene has successfully led state and federal compliance initiatives, guided teams through audits and corrective action plans, and coached executive and frontline leaders to build sustainable, survey-ready operations. She is known for translating regulations into practical, workable systems that support quality care while strengthening operational performance.
Rene has also managed over $1 million in capital renovation and construction projects, including the development of freestanding memory care communities built from the ground up. Her experience bridges compliance, operations, and growth, ensuring facilities are not only compliant but positioned for long-term success.
As the founder of Senior Living Compliance Consulting, Rene partners with senior living providers to strengthen compliance, develop leadership capacity, and build operational confidence in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Rene is a Certified Assisted Living Manager who is also able to serve as interim Operational Support.
